ERAPPA 2025 Ambassador Scholarships
The Ambassador Scholarships to attend the 2025 ERAPPA Annual Conference in Atlantic City, New Jersey, will open on Friday, May 9, 2025, and be open for one week until May 16.
The scholarship provides free early-bird registration to the conference for first-time attendees and attendees who have not attended an ERAPPA annual meeting in the last five years. Scholarship winners will be selected randomly from complete applications (application & supervisor’s endorsement complete) from institutional members in good standing (ERAPPA institutional membership dues are current). Awardees or their institutions will be responsible for travel and lodging costs and for the cost of attending the optional Monday evening networking event.

2025 AAPPA Spring Business Meeting
Spring is finally in the air (hopefully) with the end of another school year. One sure sign that spring is here is our upcoming AAPPA Spring Business Meeting. This years meeting will be hosted by Mount Saint Vincent University in Halifax on Thursday, June 5th and Friday, June 6h. 2024 AAPPA Fall Conference November 7-8, 2024
After a year off hosting ERAPPA conference in 2024, AAPPA is pleased to announce return of its Fall Conference November 7-8, 2024 at the Hotel Halifax.
Leading up to the conference AAPPA is hosting the APPA Supervisors Toolkit, an amazing development opportunity staff at your institution.
AAPPA is pleased to welcome Tyler Hayden as Keynote Speaker to share his experience as a workplace culture and team building expert.

ERAPPA Scholarships Opening Soon
| Scholarships to attend the 2024 ERAPPA Annual Conference in Valley Forge, Pennsylvania September 29 – October 1, will be available on May 10, 2024.
The ERAPPA Board of Directors is proud to announce the continuation of the Ambassador Scholarship program. These scholarships are available to our newer institutional ERAPPA members who have never attended an ERAPPA Annual Meeting or for those who have not attended an annual conference in the last five years.
The ERAPPA Ambassador Scholarship pays the registration fee for the applicant to attend the Annual Conference in St. John, New Brunswick. Those awarded one of the scholarships must receive funding from their respective institution for travel and lodging. The scholarship is non-competitive and requires an application and an endorsement from the applicants’ supervisor. Scholarships are awarded in order of receipt of complete applications (applicant AND supervisor’s endorsement) to institutional applicants whose ERAPPA membership dues are current, so apply quickly!
This year the conference host committee, through the generosity of sponsors, is offering additional conference scholarships. The Foundation Scholarship (five scholarships) provides for the registration cost for second-time institutional attendees at the ERAPPA conference in Valley Forge. The Capstone Scholarship (two scholarships) covers registration and hotel accommodation for any institutional registrant. You may also apply for these scholarships on the ERAPPA website starting May 10.
The 2024 ERAPPA Annual Conference promises to deliver educational sessions that will enhance the attendees working knowledge of our facilities management profession, a Hall of Resources filled with the latest technology and subject-matter experts, and networking opportunities with institutional peers and business partners.
