ARTICLE VII – ANNUAL MEETING
Meetings of the membership shall be held to transact AAPPA business in the Spring and Fall, and at such additional times as the Board of Directors may determine. The times and places shall be in accordance with sites selected by the Board of Directors. The meeting sites will be rotated through the Members. The Member site shall be responsible for organizing the meeting.
Parliamentary rules, as stated in “Robert’s Rules of Order”, shall govern the procedures at the meetings of AAPPA.
